Advertisers & users are advised to be responsible for ensuring that all advert elements (text, images, graphics, videos) referred to as *content* published on babbu are in compliance with all applicable laws. babbu shall not be held responsible for such violations & inaccuracies.
The advertisers & users agree to take full responsibility of their content & avoid any space for copyright, intellectual or property rights violations or any sort of negative influence that trigger hostile situations among involved parties. Both parties unconditionally agree to release babbu from all legal & contractual obligations, liabilities & claims arising in relation to the use or non-use of the service.
Copyright
Advertisers permits babbu an unconditional, perpetual, royalty-free, irrevocable & non-exclusive right & license to use, reproduce modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from and distribute such content or incorporate such content into any form, medium, or technology now known or later developed. The content will be used for marketing materials & communication as required by babbu website.
Safety and images
babbu reserves the right to manipulate & edit the content as required for editorial purposes to be used across different medias & platforms as well as not to publish any content fully or partly that are irrelevant or against babbu ad posting guidelines.
Personal
babbu has the right to cooperate with legal authorities in the event any Content violates the law. The identity of advertisers, users or buyers may be revealed. IP addresses may also be registered in order to ensure compliance with the terms and conditions.
Privacy
babbu reserves the right to collect information from all users & advertisers as authorized upon the acceptance of babbu Terms & Conditions. The collected information may be disclosed to company affiliates & any other person for the purpose of administering, supporting and maintaining babbu as well as for improvements & product development purposes including research, marketing & planning procedures.

All users are required to submit a valid email address to be allowed to posting advertisements. The contact details of the User shall not be publicly displayed & other users are able to contact the User through babbu.

babbu may contain links or references to other websites (‘Third Party Websites’). babbu shall not be responsible for the contents on Third Party Websites that are not necessarily investigated or monitored by babbu management.
Paid content and services
Some content and services of babbu require payment, including but not limited to, posting of ads, boosting of ads.
Users may use ad promotions using coupon codes issued by babbu . Coupons may not be redeemed for cash.
Advertisers and Users may be required to transmit Paid Content information through a third-party service provider, which may be governed by its own terms of use. Linking to any third-party service providers is at the Users’ and Advertisers’ own risk & discretion.
babbu disclaims all liability related thereto. Under no circumstances shall babbu be obliged to refund any payments made in respect to Paid Content.
Disclaimer
babbu assumes no responsibility what so ever for the use of babbu and disclaims all responsibility for any injury, claim, liability, or damage of any kind resulting from or arising out of or any way related to (a) any errors on babbu or the Content, including but not limited to technical errors and typographical errors, (b) any third party web sites or content directly or indirectly accessed through links in babbu, (c) the unavailability of babbu, (d) your use of babbu or the Content, or (e) your use of any equipment (or software) in connection with babbu.
Indemnification
Advertisers and users agree to indemnify babbu as well as its officers, directors, employees, agents, from and against all losses including any transactional disputes between renter and rentee, expenses, damages and costs, including attorney’s fees, resulting from any violation of this Terms and Conditions (including negligent or wrongful conduct).
Modifications
babbu reserves the right to amend, change or update these Terms and Conditions. Such modifications shall be effective immediately upon posting on babbu & users are responsible for the reviewing of such modifications. Your continued access or use of babbu shall be deemed your acceptance of the modified terms and conditions.
Governing law
Babbu is operated under the laws and regulations of Sri Lanka.
